The associations that offer this service are: the Association of Professional Tourist Guides and Tour Managers of Friuli Venezia Giulia (in January, March, May, July, September, and November) and Nordest Guide - Tourist Guides in Friuli Venezia Giulia (in February, April, June, August, October, and December).
Full responsibility for the services lies with the secretariats of the two associations. They undertake to respond immediately by email to any requests and assign the task to one of their members, or pass on to another association if this is not possible.

Terms and Conditions:
All prices are inclusive of withholding tax, but are net of any contributions required by law (compensation for INPS contributions, or new laws for 2012).
Payment is to be made directly to the guide at the end of the tour. Payments made with payment vouchers within 30 days after the invoice date are not subject to interest on arrears (Legislative Decree 231/2002).
For full day tours, the guide’s lunch is to be paid by the client.
The duration of the tour starts from the agreed meeting time.
For tours starting and ending in different places, travel expenses will be charged.
