In compliance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we hereby inform you that your personal data has been registered in an electronic database and/or on paper in files and may be used for the following purposes:
1) commercial and marketing communications carried out by Promotrieste, and the dispatch of advertising material by electronic mail;
2) analysis of studies, and statistical and market research.

Providing data and consent for personal data to be processed for the purposes indicated under 1) and 2) above is not compulsory, and refusal shall not entail any consequences other than not being entitled to receive communications from Promotrieste.

Personal data shall be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship in force with the company, and thereafter for as long as required to fulfil any legal obligations.

Personal data subject to processing may be communicated or made available exclusively to Promotrieste’s collaborators for the purposes specified above. Data shall not be disclosed to third parties, nor disseminated.

Data subjects may exercise the rights specified under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. For example, the data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data relating to their person, and to obtain information on: a) the source of such data; b) the purpose and methods of processing; c) the logic applied to the processing if carried out with the help of electronic means; d) identification data regarding the Data Controller; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated, or who may acquire knowledge of said data. Furthermore, the data subject shall have the right to have their personal data updated, rectified or, if so desired, integrated, erased, transformed into anonymous form, or blocked if processed unlawfully. Furthermore, the data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data, even though said data are relevant to the purpose for which they were collected; b) to the processing of their personal data when carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials, performing direct selling activities or conducting market surveys or promotional communications campaigns.
