The first floor covers a net surface area of around 2,000 square metres and is the core of the Congress Centre. It is fitted out for:

• arrangement of organizing secretariats and secretarial services, provided with a large reception desk;
• outfitting of one or more multimedia centres;
• use of the master control room, the so-called "technological brain" of the Congress Centre, which provides all the rooms with internet connection, as well as the common spaces with sound amplification.

Not to mention all the facilities that are necessary in order to ensure the comfort of the congress participants, such as cloak room, bar, info point and so on...
